Spook Hall a.k.a. Lawrence Hall
Popularly known as Spook Hall, this building was the Old J.C. Penney building and is located on Hull Avenue, just below Main Street. Mr. Lawrence was a major contributor to the founding of the Jerome Historical Society and the building is dedicated in his honor.
The Hall has great public exposure and is perfect for craft shows, antique shows and other exhibits. Thanks to a recent grant, this wonderful space will soon be renovated to make it even more useful for public and private gatherings.
Rental Fees
Based on 24 hour period.
- Rental with No Alcohol
- Non-profit/public service: $50, with kitchen: $75.
- Private: $200, with kitchen: $300
- Commercial/profit making: $250, with kitchen: $350.
2. Rental with Alcohol
- Non-profit/public service: $100, with or without kitchen.
- Private: $300, with kitchen: $400
- Commercial/profit making: $300, with kitchen: $450.
Deposit Fees - Basic
$50 Rental Deposit secures a date in Spook Hall.
Refundable Damage Deposit Fee
$400 Damage Deposit - without alcohol.
$800 Damage Deposit - with alcohol.

Tables:
- Six 5 foot diameter round tables, seats 6 to 8.
- Ten 4 foot in diameter round tables, seats 4 to 6.
- Banquet tables are available, 3 ft wide by 6 ft long and 3 ft wide by 8 ft long.
Sound System:
We have a newly installed PA & Speaker System available for rent.
$45 per 24 hour period.
Drinks:
We have a Beer Meister Tap for Beer Kegs that is refrigerated & available for rent.
You must supply your own keg.
$50 per 24 hour period.
